Bianca is Chief Storyteller for global technology firm, Wipro, a first-of-its-kind position at the firm in 2017. She also leads strategic communications and messaging for Wipro's global CEO, acting as a trusted advisor to him and helping shape communication around major transformation initiatives, acquisitions, financial performance, company culture, DEI etc. She also serves on Wipro’s DEI Council.
With an ability to work across cultures, Bianca works with C-Suite and corporate leaders, global influencers, and the larger community to find, develop and amplify stories of technology, human impact, culture, and leadership. In the last 19 years, she has served the community on a much broader scale, whether it is through reporting news at some of India's most credible news organisations, or mentoring the youth, paying special attention to girls and young women from developing countries. Bianca serves on the Advisory Board of Ek Kadam Aur Foundation, a non-profit that provides grassroots education and health services to underprivileged and visually challenged youth in South Asia.
