Andrea Garnero is an economist at the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs of the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) and researcher at Université libre de Bruxelles (Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management) and Research Affiliate at IZA, Bonn. Previously he worked as assistant for economic affairs and G20 assistant Sherpa to the Italian Prime Minister and as an economist at the European Commission (DG Employment). He holds a PhD in labour economics from Paris School of Economics and Université libre de Bruxelles.
