Genoa is undergoing a major economic vision adjustment from heavy industry towards high technology and advanced logistics. High-tech centres are increasing the density of technical skills in the labor market and enabling growth, but this is not yet sufficient to organically drive the prosperity of the entire city and overcome excessive unemployment, especially on the outskirts.

With the ReGenoa initiative the Genoa Hub orchestrates and scales up efforts in creating more innovative business environment and helps young people to seize opportunities of the 4IR for employment and entrepreneurship.
