Yet citizens across society desperately need internet access for their work, especially small businesses and micro-enterprises that conduct business online. Connected devices are opening a world of opportunities and rapidly transforming the city and its quality of life, however benefits are scattered. Shapers in the Ibadan Hub are dedicated to ensuring internet access benefits all citizens without differences in geography, gender or income.   The Ibadan Hub aims to facilitate public-private collaboration, including the government agenda responsible for ICT, to close the digital divide and expand broadband access to all.
