The Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation is a unique public-private partnership dedicated to international trade facilitation. Our mission is to assist governments in implementing the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement, with the support of the private sector.

As our team operates in different countries and time zones, and within distinct institutional settings, we must deploy innovative tools to strengthen collaboration and facilitate the exchange of experiences, insights and knowledge (Pillar 3), with the goal of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our projects (Pillar 2).

In this context, this internal platform aims to:

1. Increase interpersonal connectivity and communication.


2. Support collaboration and learning between teams.


3. Disseminate lessons learned and best practices to avoid "reinventing the wheel".


4. Facilitate access to key documents and templates.


5. Give greater visibility to the various work streams and projects, and allow for feedback.


6. Centralize and manage information to streamline reporting, avoid redundancy and increase quality.
