Tegan leads ODI’s public affairs and communications, steering the organisation’s strategic vision for communications and policy impact, and overseeing its global outreach and engagement.

She leads ODI’s external affairs and communications strategy, to enhance the impact of ODI’s research on policy and practice and ODI’s global reputation, profile and image.

Tegan has held senior communications roles across the humanitarian, development and non-profit sectors, and has experience leading international campaigns and teams to build brand visibility, mobilise audiences, increase engagement and influence positive change.
