Stephen Kehoe is Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of PepsiCo and Chairman of the PepsiCo Foundation. He serves on the company’s leadership team, shaping PepsiCo’s global reputation, policy engagement, and social impact agenda in support of long-term growth and trust.
In this role, Stephen leads an integrated global organization spanning Communications, Government Affairs and Public Policy, and Corporate Reputation — aligning external engagement, regulatory strategy, and corporate purpose across markets worldwide. He assumed his current role in May 2023, marking a return to PepsiCo following senior leadership roles at Visa Inc. and Edelman.
Most recently, Stephen was President and CEO, Asia Pacific at Edelman, where he led the region and advised global companies on reputation, trust, and stakeholder engagement amid rising geopolitical and societal complexity. Earlier at Edelman, he served as Global Chair of Reputation, including oversight of the annual Edelman Trust Barometer.
Prior to Edelman, Stephen spent almost a decade at Visa Inc., including as Senior Vice President of Global Financial Inclusion, where he launched a shared-value growth initiative focused on expanding digital payments and economic participation in emerging markets. He previously served as Head of Corporate Affairs for Visa across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Earlier in his career, Stephen held senior roles at PepsiCo, where he led communications, government affairs, and public policy efforts across multiple regions, including Europe, Russia, and China. He began his career in the European Parliament in Brussels and later worked in the aerospace sector, bringing an early grounding in public policy, regulation, and international affairs.
Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom. He lives in New York City with his wife, Sarara, and their son.
