Sanskriti Thakur

Chairwoman, Tower Capital

My career has been defined by shaping and leading Health and Economic Transformation, exemplified by pioneering the category of Generational Health, leading pandemic disaster response, serving on World Economic Forum councils, and heading life science research for a $60B consultancy. Additionally, one of the first females in corporate venture capital for Digital Health, and led a $2.3B growth-stage company revolutionizing medicine. Over my career, I have published over 18 research articles in the areas of science, health, business and technology intersections.

Now I have the privilege to lead the global effort to ensure Generational Health; the health effects passed on to next generations. This future-facing category is at the intersection of women’s health and environmental health, and is recognized as a critical issue facing the world. When 2/3 of women around the globe are not able to execute on their potential to lead productive and healthy lives, it’s easy to see how this puts the health of future generations at great risk. Furthermore, since less than 1% of venture funding in 2022 was allocated in this direction, as Chairwoman of Tower Capital, our goal is to 10X funding for this important category.

Tower Capital has reframed the category of Generational Health to break down the barriers of the sector and is growing its Collective into the most robust representation of entities, offering a vetted, diversified opportunity for stakeholder contribution. Tower Capital expects to represent more than $500M USD in valuation of entities by the end of 2023.
