Roslyn Docktor

Vice-President, Technology and Science Policy, IBM

Serving as both the Director for Technology and Health Policy, worldwide and the Director for the Middle East and Africa, Roslyn leads teams in the region, and worldwide, to advance IBM’s public policy and business objectives.

Since joining IBM in 2004, Roslyn has spearheaded diverse collaborations, advocacy programs and strategic initiatives that have advanced the use of technologies like AI, cloud and blockchain, and the modernization of privacy, security and health regulatory policies.

Prior to IBM, Roslyn established the global 180 nation, government-to-government Y2K coordination network for the White House, under United Nations and World Bank auspices, that helped to squash the millennium bug. Even earlier, she has been recognized as pioneering in her Peace Corps work in Zambia.
