Roberto Patiño is the co-founder and President of Institute 2100, a think tank addressing critical issues in migration, technology, and international relations. He is also the founder of Mi Convive and Alimenta La Solidaridad, Venezuela’s largest grassroots initiatives, which have provided daily meals to 15,000 children for over 8 years and empowered communities to tackle social challenges and fight for democracy during the country’s humanitarian crisis. He holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University, a Master’s in Advanced Peace Studies and Mediation from ETH Zurich, a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, and is a visiting scholar at Columbia University. His writings appear regularly in prestigious outlets such as The New York Times and Project Syndicate.
