Richard Ettl is the CEO and Co-founder of SkyCell, which provides a critical service ensuring the global distribution of medicine and vaccines while reducing shipment CO₂ emissions by 50%. SkyCell helps save 250,000 tons of CO₂e annually for large pharma companies and facilitates the distribution of over EUR 3 billion worth of pharma monthly. A YGL Class of ’23, Richard is passionate about delivering vaccines to underserved regions and advocating for CO₂ reduction in business.
He studied Management at Université de Fribourg and attended executive programs at Stanford and Harvard Business Schools. Based in Zurich with his wife and two daughters, Richard enjoys skiing, sailing, and mentoring startups pro bono.
