Peng is the Director of Social Innovation at Bayer Foundation. Being a Microbiologist by training, Peng is passionate about driving partnerships and social innovation in the intersections of health and climate. Previously, Peng worked in the Corporate Innovation and the Business Consulting at Bayer AG. Peng obtained her Ph.D. in Microbiology and Virology at Yale University in U.S., and B.S. in Biotechnology at Fudan University, China.
