Wole Hammond is a sustainability and development practitioner with extensive experience in research, stakeholder management, corporate sustainability strategy, and project management. His career spans work on acceleration and investment readiness programmes for cleantech enterprises in emerging markets, support for national clean energy policy development in Nigeria, and the design and execution of innovation and skills development initiatives.

Wole is also deeply passionate about transformative leadership, civic engagement, and strategic foresight, with a focus on fostering intergenerational collaboration.

He is a Climate Reality Leader, Bakanal d’Afrique Fellow and Alumnus, and has served on the Global Shapers Advisory Council (2023–2025). Beyond his professional pursuits, Wole enjoys reading, writing, and photography.
