Natasha Latiff

Founder and Legal Director, Strategic Advocacy for Human Rights Inc

Natasha is a Singapore-qualified lawyer and globally recognized leader in human rights and sustainable development, with over 17 years of experience addressing complex human rights challenges across diverse geographies including Afghanistan, South Sudan, Colombia, Nigeria, and Indonesia.

She is a trusted advisor to governments, multinational companies, donor agencies, UN entities and individual leaders in human rights policy development, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building initiatives. She has extensive field experience solving human rights problems acting as a bridge between businesses, institutions, and affected communities to address systemic human rights risks in ways that foster accountability, trust, and meaningful outcomes. She has worked on labour exploitation, child labour, gender-based violence, forced displacement, and discrimination. In addition to consulting, she leads two award-winning nonprofits which address women’s rights in the Global South.

She holds a Master of Law degree with Distinction from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London.
