Natarajan is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, based in India, where he leads the Automotive and Mobility sector and is part of the global leadership team for the sector. Natarajan heads BCG's Chennai office which is one of the 4 offices in India. He has been instrumental in advising both government and private sector leaders in the electric vehicle space and is an expert on energy transitions in the automotive sector. Within BCG, he was awarded the North East Award in 2021, which recognizes the top MDPs globally for leadership and mentorship. A strong advocate for diversity, under his leadership in recruiting, BCG India has taken significant strides in DEI in recruiting.
