Micaela is a Business Economist and is currently doing her master's degree in Behavioral and Decision Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. She is passionate about Decision-Making, Social Impact and Sustainability. Thus, she aims to incorporate behavioral insights in the design and implementation of digital products, policies and services to promote sustainability and wellbeing in Latin America.

Her professional background is in Customer Experience and Product Management. Later on, looking to work on environmental impactful projects, she joined Kolibri as a Sustainability BI Consultant.

Mica is a Global Shaper at Buenos Aires Hub and a Climate Leader at Climate Reality. Since she is part of the korean community in Argentina (1st generation), she contributes in APCA (Association of Korean Professionals in Argentina) and is a former World OKTA (Overseas Korean Trader Association) staff member.
