Megan Greenfield, Ph.D., Partner with McKinsey & Company and Affiliated Leader of the McKinsey Health Institute, is a recognized leader in healthcare, health equity, and advancing equity in the workplace. Megan works with healthcare companies across the value chain on how to drive growth and co-leads McKinsey's women's health work. Megan received her Ph.D. from Northwestern University in chemical and biological engineering and B.S. degree from the California Institute of Technology, where she majored in chemical engineering. Megan is a WEF Young Global Leader (Class of 2021) and a Trustee of the Museum of Science in Boston, Massachusetts.
