Luciana has a degree in Psychology and works with Human Resources, more specifically with learning and development, communication, engagement and employee experience, because she believes that it is essential to guarantee quality of life in the workplace. As she loves working with different projects with a socio-environmental impact, she was already a member of AIESEC in Rio de Janeiro, a global youth leadership movement, as well as organizing technology and innovation events through Techstars and became a Choice ambassador, with the aim of disseminating impact business concept. She joined Global Shapers in 2021 and in 2023 took over as vice-curator of the Rio de Janeiro Hub with the aim of bringing even more impact to her city and sharing it with other hubs around the world.
