He is an Innovation Consultant at Fundo Vale, a non-profit association linked to the mining company Vale, where he focuses on Forest and Climate Innovation and Business Analysis. With a background as the Coordinator of Sustainable Solutions at iFood, he is also a Master’s student in Technological Innovation and a fervent advocate of innovative processes. His experience includes working on impactful social projects integral to iFood's ESG strategy. Since 2022, he has served as a Climate Reality Leader with The Climate Reality Project and is a Youth Advisory Member of the #GenerationRestoration Youth Hub. Believing strongly in collective power and social impact, he is a member of the Global Shapers Community and has directly contributed to the Equi – Empregabilidade Trans project. Additionally, he serves as a volunteer consultant for research projects at UFMG, aiming to infuse innovation, creativity, and positive impact into large companies' business models.
