Lina is a healthcare manager and leadership development coach with 11 years of experience working in healthcare, non-profit, and government organization. As an engagement and equity, diversity, and inclusion(EDI) and wellness manager, she support organizations in becoming more inclusive, where everyone can bring their best selves to work, through inclusive policy development, inclusive leadership training, developing programs that empowers equity-deserving groups, and creating inclusive communities for connections.
Outside work, Lina volunteers with the
Vancouver Global Shaper, Chairs Emerging Health Leaders Vancouver, and Coaches for Women Transforming Cities.
