Vital Kelly is a young Haitian leader with a passion for economic analysis of Public Policy and Public Administration. An active member of the Global Shapers Community since 2022, he was elected Curator of the Port-au-Prince Hub for the year 2025, after serving as Vice-Curator.
With a wealth of experience in developing and managing community development projects, Vital has worked with more than twenty local and international organisations. In particular, he coordinated a water catchment project in Dupont with the Digicel Foundation, from conception to implementation, ensuring community mobilisation and inter-organisational coordination.
Vital is currently working on his dissertation, with a view to obtaining a degree in Administrative Sciences with a major in Governance and Public Administration. With a degree in Public Administration, he has also gained certification in project management, procurement, logistics (Mercy Corps) and sustainable development (IFDD). At the same time, he is involved in training young people through writing: he is the author of "Méthode pratique d'élaboration de projet de développement communautaire", a manual for local players.
