Julia Luscombe

Vice-President, Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management, Feeding America

Julia Luscombe is Chief of Staff at Builders Vision, a Chicago-based investment and philanthropy platform harnessing innovative capital to build a more resilient future. She is a passionate advocate for a more equitable and sustainable food system and brings a deep commitment to community-led change and cross-sector collaboration to her work.

Previously, she served as Vice President of Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management at Feeding America, where she led the development of a first-of-its-kind strategic framework shared by 400+ Feeding America network organizations, centering the voices of 3,000+ people facing hunger. Julia was also previously a strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte and researched community economic development as a Fulbright Grantee in Ecuador.

Julia holds a B.A./B.Sc. from the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics & Political Science. She has been recognized as an Aspen Institute Food Leaders Fellow (2023) and a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader (2024).
