Jose Luis M. Oquinena is the Executive Director of Gawad Kalinga (GK). He has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management from the University of Negros Occidental Recoletos. Jose received the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship Award (201) and the Skoll Social Entrepreneur Award (2012).
