Joan Wills (BSEE, MSEE) is Power Systems Technical Executive Director for Cummins Power Systems, 38L to 91L engine displacement over a power range of 1-3MW. Joan previously led Technology Strategy for Cummins setting long-term technical investment direction. She has 14 years of experience developing and leading development of control systems for automotive applications including diagnostic and control algorithms for reciprocating engines holding 19 US patents. She serves as Ambassador for the US DOE C3E initiative.
