I’m an HR professional who’s had the chance to work with both growing scale-ups and large organizations — and I’ve loved learning from both worlds. These days, I work closely with 50+ leaders as part of the leadership team, helping them and their teams grow and succeed. I enjoy balancing strategic projects with hands-on problem-solving, especially in international settings where collaboration really comes alive.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about community and leadership. I’ve been part of Rotary and the Global Shapers Community, leading groups across the globe. Being recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow and named a Davos 50 Young Leader are moments I’m really proud of.

At the end of the day, I care about people, about making work better, and about creating spaces where leaders and teams can do their best.
