Isabella Luksic is CEO of Fundación Luksic, where she leads initiatives that impact over 60,000 people annually through transformative programs in education, skills development, and gender equality. A recognized leader in philanthropy, she is driving innovation and professionalization in the sector, setting new benchmarks for impact in Chile and Latin America.

In addition to her role at Fundación Luksic, Isabella serves on several boards; she is the President of the Board of Corporación Desarrollo de Choshuenco, is a board member of Ganadera y Forestal Quechumalal and sits on the MIT Sloan Latin America Office Advisory Council. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Development Studies (hon.) from Brown University, USA.
