Isabella is an investor and social development leader, with a deep commitment to addressing systemic inequalities, developing data-driven and user-centered initiatives that bridge public, private, and civil society sectors at both national and international levels. Recognised as a leader in social investment, she is driving innovation and professionalisation in the sector, setting new benchmarks for impact in Chile and Latin America.
Selected as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader (2025) and 100 Women Leaders (2024) in Chile, Isabella served as CEO of the Luksic Foundation and is now Vice President of the Board, as well as serving on the boards of Teach for Chile, Chile's Catholic University's Endowment, the MIT Sloan Latin America Office's Advisory Council, and Harvard's CID Global Development Council.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Development Studies (hons.) from Brown University, USA, and is now pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Oxford.
