Curator of İstanbul Hub for 2024/25 Term. I am a scientist-turned-consultant combining my passion for research, creative thinking and problem solving with my love for building connections and helping others. I am a Senior Associate in PwC Turkey's Workforce Consulting and an expert on People in ESG (equitable & just transition, human rights, DEI, equal pay etc. focusing on 4 pillars: workforce, community, supply chain and customers), organization design, HR processes, change management and future of work, in NGO, industrial manufacturing, insurance & brokerage, food and sports industries.
I have published 4 research reports with PwC (Hopes & Fears Turkey 2021 & 2023, Gender Equality in the Workplace Survey 2022, Workforce Sustainability Survey 2022). I have also published a blog piece on how to engage and retain Gen Z employees, with PwC, as a result of winning the Thought Leader award in a global competition (Fun fact: I actually joined GSC thanks to this blog piece because I learned about GSC while researching for best practices on intergenerational dialogue & allyship to include in the piece!).

In my personal life, I combine my passion and expertise to think through an intersectional perspective on issues such as climate change, DEI, skills & education. Recently, I am leading Art for Climate project in İstanbul Hub and I have been doing research on extreme weather preparedness, from forecasting to warning to managing its environmental, social impact.
