Ghosson Al Khaled

Ghosson Ghassan Alkhaled began her career as an industrial engineer in the industrial sector of ACICO Group in 2002. Since then, she has made her way up the career ladder to become Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ACICO Industries. In her current role, Alkhaled is responsible for managing operations across all sectors, companies and Group subsidiaries in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar.

Since joining, Alkhaled has played an integral role at ACICO Group, achieving remarkable growth, expanding into new markets and increasing overall operational efficiency across all factories; thereby improving the Group’s asset quality and increasing profitability. Additionally, she worked on building an internal culture of teamwork among members and has continuously worked on finding new, innovative solutions to business challenges.

A notable national economic figure and thought leader, Alkhaled also represented Kuwait’s private sector in a number of international workshops and was appointed in 2017 as a member of the Supreme Council for Planning and Development in Kuwait by the Council of Ministers. Moreover, during the same year, she was selected to be part of a prestigious group entitled ‘Young Global Leader’ by the World Economic Forum, in which she worked to tackle global issues topics such as development and other pressing challenges faced by the global economy.

As a young, Kuwaiti businesswoman, Alkhaled held several leadership positions and was on the list of the Top 100 Most Powerful Arab Businesswomen by Forbes Middle East. She was also selected among the 100 World’s Most Influential Arabs by Arabian Business Magazine. Alkhaled was also awarded ‘Woman Game Changer’ at the Global WIL Economic Forum for Entrepreneurs and Businesswomen in Dubai. I spent twenty years as an operator in the industrial sector. I started as an engineer at ACICO Group in 2002 and became Deputy CEO of ACICO Industries, running operations across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar. Manufacturing, real estate, investment — billions in revenue, thousands of people, the full P&L weight.

Along the way, I was appointed to Kuwait's Supreme Council for Planning and Development by the Council of Ministers. Forbes named me to the Top 100 Most Powerful Arab Businesswomen. Arabian Business counted me among the 100 World's Most Influential Arabs. I was honored as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2017.

What I kept noticing through those years: founder-CEOs carry their hardest decisions alone. They have EAs, board members, and functional heads — but no peer who holds the whole picture. Every advisor tool I could find treated the CEO seat as a productivity problem. It isn't. It's a thinking problem.

In 2024 I founded Chief of Staff AI (Ghosson Consulting LLC, based in the United States) to build the product I wish I'd had when I was running operations. We call it the buddy for founder-CEOs — not a yes-machine, not an assistant, not a chatbot. A peer that understands the spreadsheet AND the conversation you're avoiding. Direct when it matters, humane always. No politics. No agenda. Just you.

Public launch: May 6, 2026. First 50 customers are Founding Members at $99 per month, locked for life.

If you're a YGL alum running a founder-led company with 11 to 200 employees — or you know one who is — I'd love to hear from you. Feedback before launch is the most valuable thing a fellow operator can offer.
