Gabriela Rodrigues is the Head of the Global Lending Unit for Latin America at UBS, where she manages credit books with over USD 2 billion in exposure. Gabriela joined Credit Suisse Brazil in 2007 (now part of UBS) and quickly became one of the most consistent contributors, known for structuring sophisticated, high-impact financial transactions. In early 2022, she was appointed Head of the WM LatAm Financing and Products division, where she successfully rebuilt and led a team of 25 after a period of high attrition. Her ability to combine technical expertise with commercial and negotiation skills led to her being appointed Managing Director at Credit Suisse, making her one of the youngest female leaders in the firm's history. Gabriela previously worked in the Investment Banking Department of Itaú BBA and the Project Finance Department of Banco Santander, earning a reputation for her integrity and leadership in compliance and sustainability matters.
