Eléonore Crespo is co-founder and co-CEO of Pigment, a business planning platform.

Before co-founding Pigment with Romain Niccoli, the co-founder and former CTO of Criteo, Eleonore was an investor at Index Ventures where she spearheaded investments into a variety of European unicorns. Prior to Index Ventures, she worked as a financial analyst at Google where she advised the EMEA President and CFO on strategy and planning.
