Current Responsibilities
David is the CEO of Marsh Asia, the world’s leading professional services firm in the areas of risk, strategy and people. An inspiring leader and industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, David overseas the strategy and operational objectives of Marsh Asia.
David also serves as President of Marsh Risk Asia and is responsible for insurance broking and risk advisory services across 11 markets in Asia, a region that accounts for 40% of global GDP. He has led the business in Asia to outstanding growth, expanded into key industries, driven mergers and acquisitions, grew the region’s colleague base, and harnessed the collective strength of Marsh to deliver greater impact with our clients, colleagues, communities, and shareholders.
Experience
David began his career in 1990 with Marsh in New York and has held CEO and leadership positions in Marsh Risk Philippines, Hong Kong and Asia, before being named CEO of Marsh Risk Asia in September 2016. He assumed the role of Marsh Asia CEO in March 2023.
Education
David is a graduate from the University of Arizona.
