Cosimo is a junior analyst at the Smart AgriFood Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano and the Università degli studi di Brescia, where he focuses his research on issues related to agro-energy and carbon farming (including related business models and markets) and on the technological developments along the food supply chain.

After graduating in Development Economics from the Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Cosimo previously completed a one-year internship at the OECD's Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities, where he could explore issues related to both green and digital policies addressing businesses and entrepreneurs.
