Clarissa Lins

Founding Partner, Catavento

Clarissa Lins is a senior executive with consolidated experience in strategy and sustainability, and the founding partner of Catavento. Her main areas of expertise are the future of energy, climate change, decarbonization and the transition to a low-carbon economy.
Clarissa is a non-executive director at the Board of Directors of ArcelorMittal, chair of the Sustainability Committee and member of the Appointment, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee. She is also member of the Board of Directors at Votorantim Cimentos, chair of its Sustainability and Innovation Committee, as well as board member and audit committee member of Vibra Energia, the top Brazilian fuel retailer company.
She is member of the Board of Trustees of CEBRI, a leading Brazilian think tank.
Clarissa is a former CEO of IBP – the Oil and Gas industry association in Brazil, and now holds the position of Chair of the Energy Transition Committee.
She served on the Board of Directors of Petrobras and chaired the HSE Committee, while also being a member of the Audit Committee.
Clarissa is an economist by training.
