Mr. Chenhao Ge is the Head of China at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), where he spearheads the Exchange’s strategic initiatives and business development efforts across the region. In this capacity, he advises companies at various stages of growth, providing expert guidance on accessing the U.S. capital markets and navigating the NYSE listing process.
Prior to joining the NYSE, Mr. Ge held leadership positions at several U.S.-listed companies, where he oversaw corporate finance and strategic development activities, including equity and debt financings, investor relations, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and investment portfolio management. He began his career as an investment banker with Citigroup in Hong Kong, advising on high‑profile transactions across Asia.
Mr. Ge holds an M.A. in Economics from New York University, an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge, and a B.A. in Economics (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of California, Berkeley. He has been honored as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum and recognized by Forbes as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Chinese.
