Caitlyn(Juhong) Chen
Vice President of Tencent and Head of Tencent’s Sustainable Social Value

Caitlyn joined Tencent in 2006, and was in charge of Tencent News, Tencent Sports and other online media business departments. Since April 2021, she was appointed as the head of Tencent SSV, a new dedicated department to drive company's sustainable social value innovations.
Caitlyn holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Wuhan University and an EMBA from the China Europe International Business School. She was named Nieman Fellow at Harvard University.
