Boldmaa Jargalsaikhan is a Project Developer in the offshore wind energy team at JERA, one of the major global utilities, where she covers large-scale offshore wind projects and hydrogen initiatives at the headquarters in Tokyo. She is the member of the Global Future Council on Japan (20'-21'). Also, she serves as a Board Member of Organizing Committee of the Blue Star of Life project, an initiative to allow international students to deliver their voices at UN Geneva Office every 5 years, on World Peace and Environmental Conservation. Before moving to Tokyo, Boldmaa worked as an Assistant Chief Representative at Ulaanbaatar Rep. Office of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, one of the biggest commercial banks in Asia. Previously, a Sales/Consultant at Recruit Co., Ltd., the biggest HR and Advertisement firm in Japan, she has supported more than 300 private entities, on their HR strategy, planning and advertising.
