Managed the World Bank President's Global Private Sector CEO Forum; Lead Specialist, World Bank Poverty Reduction & Economic Management Group; founded IFC Gender Entrepreneurship Markets (GEM) global programme to mainstream gender into all IFC operations. Founder and Former Chair, Global Banking Alliance for Women. Author of two Random House best selling business books and five research publications in the World Bank Directions in Development series.
