Aditi Avasthi is the Founder & CEO of the world's pioneering AI-powered EdTech platform—Embibe. As the Founder of Embibe, she has spent over a decade leveraging AI and data to unlock human potential—whether through personalized learning or scaling access to impactful solutions in unimaginable conditions. Embibe invented the category of AI in education, marrying deep personalization algorithms with the world's largest moat of tagged content for STEM—paving the way for transformative, personalized learning experiences at scale.

Her work is rooted in solving real-world challenges and expanding access to quality education through innovative technology. Yet, beyond AI and data, Aditi’s affinity for art shapes her approach. She integrates creative narratives and visual storytelling into digital education, ensuring that technology not only informs but also inspires deep engagement and emotional connection. She is also the inventor of several patents focused on the building blocks of the personalization of education delivery.

Under her leadership, Embibe has become a force for good in India. With over 190 million students impacted over 12 years from public education to the most elite private schools - she has created unique models to scale edtech as an AI SAAS platform to create global impact. Embibe has raised over $230 mn and is poised to be the largest edtech player in the world with its investor and distribution partner - Jio, India's largest telecom player.

As a Young Global Leader with the World Economic Forum, she is committed to empowering women in leadership, fostering intellectual and emotional resilience, and championing technology as a force for equity & positive impact on human life.

Before Embibe, she led digital initiatives at Barclays Bank in Africa and the US and drove business development for TCS in the UK—pioneering mobile wallet integrations in banking and establishing TCS’s first Scotland office.

Her contributions have been recognized globally, with honors including WEF Global Innovator, BBC 100 Women, Vogue Woman of the Year, Fortune 40 Under 40, Webby, EdTech CEO of the Year (India), and Accenture Innovator of the Year to name a few.

Aditi holds a graduate business degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an undergraduate degree in Electronics from Thapar University, and has attended executive leadership training from the Harvard Kennedy School.
