Rainforest Expeditions

Founded in 1992, Rainforest Expeditions is a Peruvian ecotourism company that aims to provide educational experiences supporting the conservation of the Amazon where it operates. Posada Amazonas is owned by a native community, with whom the company has partnered since 1997. The Tambota Research Centre studies the world's largest macaw clay lick on the uninhabited frontier of the Tambopata National Reserve and the Bahuaja-Sonene National Park.
