Petroleo Brasileiro - PETROBRAS
Founded in 1953, Petrobras is Brazil's largest oil and gas company and one of the largest in the world. Present in 18 countries, it produced 2.5 million barrels of oil equivalent in 2013. Petrobras has 134 production platforms, 15 refineries with a processing capacity of 2.3 million barrels per day, and some 8,600 service stations throughout Brazil and abroad. Sales revenue reached $141.5 billion in 2013.
