Lanforce Energy is a women-led for-profit social enterprise in the renewable energy sector. It constructs and installs biogas digesters for farms, households, hotels and institutions. Lanforce Energy seeks to eradicate energy poverty to those at the bottom of the financial pyramid by constructing and installing biodigesters on a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) basis. This involves the paying of a small initial deposit followed by monthly instalments.
