Initiative Prospective Agricole et Rurale - IPAR is a think tank serving as an interface between different players to lead, co-lead and contribute to a common reflection on agricultural and rural development. It works dynamically to include all stakeholders in the agricultural and rural sector and to strengthen the capacity of all stakeholders to participate in the debate on the future of Senegalese and West African agriculture and the rural world, its challenges and prospects.
