Grupo GEA is dedicated to ensuring environmentally sustainable livelihoods for Peru’s urban poor living on the outskirts of the country’s sprawling cities. It is active in projects and consultancy in environmental engineering and management, environmental education and culture, ecotourism and ecobusinesses, and social responsibility. It addresses sustainable development issues on a local and regional scale through the innovative application of four sustainability principles which imply the integration of good governance, economic development, social equity and natural resource management.
