Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies

The Graduate Institute is dedicated to the study of world affairs, with an emphasis on the cross-cutting fields of international relations and development issues. Established in 1927 alongside the League of Nations, it has seven Nobel Prize recipients among its alumni and current or former faculty. As a research-oriented academic institution, it offers Master's and PhD degrees. Through its core activities, it aims to promote international cooperation and make a contribution to the progress of developing societies.
