Glocal E-Cubator is an initiative to integrate and package knowledge, skill and applications residing with international organizations, academia and business in order to empower disadvantaged local communities and improve their livelihood through better management of risks, disasters, resources and technologies. The empowerment package and platform areas are: emergencies, energy, electricity, environment, education, employment, entrepreneurship, equal opportunities. They are delivered with the support of global mass collaboration hubs and local knowledge hot spots (Global and Local E-Cubators).
