
Gastromotiva is a Brazilian social enterprise that uses the transformative power of food and gastronomy to foster inclusive growth and social integration. Through kitchen vocational training, nutritional and sustainable food education, a food waste restaurant school (Refettorio Gastromotiva), and the creation of opportunities, Gastromotiva empowers and inspires socially vulnerable and underprivileged communities and connects them to Gastromotiva's food value chains and fills a regional skills gap.
