Enzi designs and implements education finance products for low-income Indian students to access vocational training, and offers borrower screening and tracking services. Its vision is to facilitate an optimal fit between India's labour market needs and human resource potential, through educational skills. It has executed a programme at Stanford University to let people invest in students' education in return for a share in future income for a fixed time, which earned investors around 7% internal rate of return in around 16 months.
