Distribution Services Industriels (DSI) is a company where 80% of those employed are disabled. Its industrial and tertiary services include data capture, photocopying, dealing with complaint letters for SNCF and high value-added tasks such as R&D, including the signing of a contract with the French Ministry of Defence to ramp up signal processing for its radar. Of the disabled people hired, 80% have never had an employer before and have no specialized background, and 10% lead ordinary lives after an accident.
