China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC)

China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC) is the national federation of all textile-related industries and a non-profit organization formed on a voluntary basis. The aim of CNTAC is to provide services in the modernization of China's textile industry. It officially started its corporate social responsibility (CSR) work in 2005 and is a leading business association in China. It has initiated and operated its own voluntary CSR systems (CSC9000T and CSR-GATEs), in line with international conventions and domestic legislation.
